Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect only what you hand us, we use it to send you what you asked for, we never sell it, and you can get it deleted by emailing us. The details:
What we collect
- Free-checklist signup. When you request the checklist, we collect your email and first name (required), and optionally your last name, occupation, and business website. We also record which page you signed up from and the date, so we know what's working.
- Unsubscribe. If you opt out, we store your email and (if you offer one) your reason.
- Purchases. Checkout runs on Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They collect your payment and billing details under their own privacy policy; we receive your order and contact information to deliver the product and handle support. We never see or store your card number.
No accounts, no passwords, no hidden collection — that's everything we store. (Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address at its edge to route and protect requests, as every website's host does; we don't use it to identify you.)
Why we use it
To deliver the checklist you asked for, to send occasional updates you can opt out of at any time, to answer your emails, to fulfil and support purchases, and to understand which pages bring people in. Nothing else.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers, and only to run the things above:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores signups (its Workers KV). It also gives us aggregate, cookie-less traffic counts.
- Zoho ZeptoMail — sends the checklist and any updates.
- Lemon Squeezy — runs checkout and payments as merchant of record.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
All three providers are US-based, so your data is processed in the United States.
Cookies & tracking
This site loads no third-party analytics or advertising scripts and sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly-necessary security cookie to protect the site. The checkout page runs on Lemon Squeezy's own domain under their policy. Because we don't track you across sites, we don't respond to browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time — every email has an unsubscribe link, or use the unsubscribe page. Questions about your data? Emailhello@themodernmarketingmap.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup details until you unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we keep only enough to remember not to email you again.
Children
This site and product are for adults and are not directed at children under 16.
